Each theme comes with a twenty minute class perfect for the early morning or before bed, a more intense forty-five minute class as well as a ten to fifteen minute guided meditation as well as a downloadable affirmation that ties everything together.

Meet the founder of My Happy Path: Shanie Matthews
Shanie is a certified 200 RYT Vinyasa Flow Yoga Therapist with training under Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, Hemalayaa, and Elena Brower. Her classes focus on the inspiring aspects of the breath that, when combined with the flow of yoga poses, offer a place of inner healing and connection to highest potential, a gift that yoga gave her through her own daily journey. In addition to My Happy Path Online Yoga Studio, Shanie also offers uniquely themed yoga retreats, private and public yoga classes as well as guided meditations.
